Fifty, Fifty
Don’t feel quite ‘ready’ if your hair’s swinging loose, but don’t want to go for a traditional updo? Mix the two with a half up, half down look for a modern take on bridal beauty. Use big-barrelled tongs to create up-to-the-minute catwalk curls, then use grips to hold one side of your hair in place at the back. Finish with a generous amount of hairspray and some dazzle ‘em diamante pins.
Modern Updo
A classic updo is the best way to show off sexy shoulders and a dress to die for. But traditional doesn’t have to mean tired. Take inspiration from the models at Valentino and give your updo the kiss of life with cute curls and a not-too-polished finish. Leave out a couple of face-framing strands at the front to soften the look.
